YogaFit 

YogaFit is a dynamic blend of traditional yoga, Pilates, and conditioning—designed to build strength, stamina, and suppleness. It’s perfect if you enjoy a more active class or want to complement other sports and activities like running, cycling, swimming, golf, or tennis.

What to expect: flowing sequences, strength-building movement, stability and range-of-motion work, plus longer-held stretches to deepen flexibility. Every class finishes with techniques to calm the mind and leave you feeling strong, balanced, and refreshed. Classes run term time only.

🗓  Mondays

  • 10:00–11:00 AM | The Yoga Batch Studio (Comptons Lane, Horsham, RH13 5NZ)

  • 7:00–8:00 PM | Leechpool Primary School (Leechpool Lane, Horsham, RH13 6AG)

 

Prices start from £11 per class.  

Options include: Half-Term Block Booking, 5-Class Pass, or Pay-as-you-Go
