YogaFit 

YogaFit blends traditional yoga with elements of pilates and conditioning, offering a dynamic practice which builds strength, stamina and suppleness.  It's well suited to anyone seeking an active class and ideal if you are looking to compliment other sporting activities, such as running, cycling, swimming, golf, tennis...the list goes on!   

 

The benefits of YogaFit include:

Expect flowing sequences, movement practices to build strength, range of motion, stability and build flexibility with longer held stretches, all combined with tools and techniques to find focus and a sense of calm.  Classes run term time only.

Investment:  £13 pay-as-you-go* (*subject to availability/booking essential ) or book for a half term, from just £10 per class (follows West Sussex tem dates, 5-7 weeks per half term)
