Formerly known as 'Yoga for Runners & Athletes' 

Yoga offers the perfect balance of flexibility and strength to accompany your love of being active, whether that's doing sports: running, cycling, swimming, golf, tennis.....the list goes on.   Or maybe you simply enjoy a dynamic whole body yoga practice, which help your busy mind relax and feel more focused. 

 

I offer courses, workshops and 1:1 Sports Yoga sessions which combine elements of traditional yoga, sports yoga and conditioning to help you keep doing the sport that you love.

 

 A regular yoga practice can help you to:
 

  • Improve flexibility, suppleness and freedom of movement

  • Develop core strength; abdominals, glutes, pelvic stability

  • Release stress and tension in body and mind

  • Aid post-sport recovery, reducing the risk of sports related injury

  • Improve posture, breathing mental focus and clarity

  • Restore a sense of balance to the body

YogaFit ~ Spring & Summer 2022
Join me for weekly dynamic yoga classes ideal for sports lovers or those who enjoy an active practice. 

Expect flowing sequences, posture work to build strength and range of movement, build flexibility with longer held stretches and space to find focus and a sense of calm.

To suit your schedules, there is either an evening or daytime course available.  Classes run term time only.

Investment:  £10 per class when booking a half term block*  /  £12 drop-in (subject to availability).  

MONDAYS  ~  10:00 - 11:00am @ The Yoga Batch, Comptons Lane, Horsham

MONDAYS    ~  7:30 - 8:30pm @ The Forest School, Comptons Lane, Horsham

* Spring half term: 4 Weeks @ £40 - Mon 25th April until Mon 24th May (no class on Mon 2nd May due to bank holiday)


* Summer half term: 7 Weeks @ £70 - Mon 6th June until Mon 18th July
