Social media messages may not be seen in time and are not reliable for cancellations. The credit will be returned to your pass account for future use (within the 2-month validity). Unused credits cannot be refunded or carried over beyond the 2-month expiry. In exceptional circumstances (e.g. serious ongoing illness or injury), a full or partial refund may be considered. Please contact Kate via email to discuss.

Please listen to your body. If you experience pain, discomfort, or strain, ease out of the posture and rest. You may choose to adapt or modify your practice to suit your needs. All yoga and exercise should be carried out at a pace that feels comfortable for you. If any movement causes pain, stop immediately. By taking part in sessions (in-person, online via Zoom, or pre-recorded), you accept that you are responsible for your own practice and wellbeing.
