Cancellations  and T&Cs 

Individual drop-in class bookings:
To cancel a drop-in class booking, please contact me at least 24 hours before the class starts. Cancellations 24 hours or more before the class  start time will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to an alternative class (subject to availability). Cancellations within 24 hours of the class start time will only be eligible to a refund if the place can be filled.

Half term courses:
To cancel a course, please contact me at least 24 hours before 8:00 am of day the course starts. Cancellations 24 hours or more before 8:00am on the first day of the course  will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to an alternative course within the following half term. For example, with a course starting on 1st September 2021, cancellations need to be received before 8:00am on 31st August 2021 to receive a full refund or transfer option.
 
Cancellations within 24 hours of 8:00am on the day before the start of the course will only be eligible to a refund if the place can be filled.  For example, with a course starting on 1st September 2021, cancellations received after 8:00am on 31st August 2021 will not be eligible to a full refund unless the place can be filled. Course start days are detailed on the Online Classes and Book Online pages.

For face-to-face classes, if you cannot make a class it may be possible to move to another class that week (subject to availability). Cancellations mid-point through a course will not be eligbile for a full refund or transfer to another half term, unless in exceptional circumstances, no matter the notice given before a face-to-face class.  Unattended face-to-face classes cannot be held over as part payment for the following half term.

All course classes and any additional resources held on the private Facebook page will be deleted before the start of the next half term.

Access to the the private Facebook pages will be removed at the end of a half term, unless customers have purchased a plan for the following half term.

1:1/Private Yoga Sessions:
To cancel a private session, please contact me at least 24 hours before the agreed start time of your private session.  Cancellations 24 hours or more before the private session start time will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a mutually suitable date/time.  Cancellations made within 24 hours of the  private session start time will not be eligible to a refund.   

Private yoga sessions booked as a block and therefore eligible for the reduced rate (£160 for four sessions) must be used within 3 months of the first private session.  Unused bookings will expire after three months from the date of the first session and are non-refundable. 


Classes or courses cancelled by The Yoga Batch:
If The Yoga Batch needs to cancel a course or class, as much notice as possible will be given. Please be aware that outdoor classes are subject to weather conditions and could be cancelled at very short notice. 

If a class is cancelled by The Yoga Batch, students will be offered the option to transfer their booking to an alternative/rescheduled class or receive a full refund.

For Yoga in The Garden, if weather conditions mean that the session cannot take place outside, participants will be contacted on the morning of the class. If this happens a zoom yoga class option will be offered in the first instance; however, participants may choose to transfer the booking or ask for a full refund. 

In the unlikely event that a course is cancelled by The Yoga Batch, students will be offered the option to transfer their booking to an alternative course for that half term, a rescheduled course for the following half term or receive a full refund.
