Mindful Yoga

Mindful Yoga is your weekly reset—a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and move with awareness. These 75-minute classes blend yoga postures and flowing sequences with mindfulness, meditation, and relaxation, creating space for both body and mind to feel balanced and at ease.

It’s a practice that will gently build strength and flexibility, improve focus, and help you release the stresses of everyday life. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practising for years, you’ll be guided with care and encouraged to explore your practice at your own pace.

  • 6:45–8:00 PM | North Heath Hall (St Marks Lane, Horsham, RH12 5PU)


Prices start from £11 per class
Options include: Half-Term Block Booking, 5-Class Pass, or Pay-as-you-Go
