Mindful Yoga
These 75 minute classes truly help you to move well, breathe well and live well. Enjoy a combination of yoga postures (asana) and flowing sequences designed to synchronise movement and breath, gently build strength and flexibility, whilst cultivating a mind-body connection. Meditation, mindfulness and relaxation techniques are woven through classes to offer a rounded toolbox of yoga techniques to leave you feeling balanced, grounded and calmer.
Classes are for mixed ability of students; beginners are skilfully guided through postures, and those more experienced students are challenged to explore their practice at a deeper level.

Daytime classes are held in-person at The Yoga Batch studio, Comptons Lane, Horsham, or you can opt to join us online via Zoom (recordings are available if you can't make the live class).
​
Evening classes are at our beautifully spacious, yet cosy (underfloor heating, yet beautiful high ceilings!) new venue, North Heath Hall, St Marks Lane, Horsham, RH12 5PU.

£14 per class for drop-in or book and pay for a half term block of classes from just £11 per class (based on West Sussex school term dates, usually 5-7 week blocks)
