Hatha Yoga & Flow
Enjoy a combination of yoga postures (asana) and flowing sequences designed to synchronise movement and breath, offer improved range of motion and build strength. Meditation, mindfulness and relaxation techniques are woven through classes to offer a rounded toolbox of yoga techniques to leave you feeling balanced, grounded and calmer.
Classes are for mixed ability of students; beginners are skilfully guided through postures, and those more experienced students are challenged to explore their practice at a deeper level.
*Classes are currently in-person at The Yoga Batch studio, limited to 4/5 students. £60 for a six-week half term or £13 per class for drop-in. Hand sanitiser is available & studio windows open for ventilation. Subject to change in line with restrictions & guidance for Covid.
