A combination of yoga postures and flowing sequences, breath work, meditation and relaxation, all enjoyed in the tranquil setting of The Yoga Batch gardens.
Spaces are strictly limited (5 available) and booking is essential, 2m social distancing in place and participants are invited to bring their own equipment.
