A dynamic class, ideally suited to runners, cyclists and other sports, or for those who enjoy a more active yoga practice. A blend of mobilising warm ups, flowing sequnces and conditioning exercises to build strength, range of movement, flexibility and balance in body and mind. Better suited to those with some yoga experience or a base level of fitness.

To cancel an individually booked class/workshop please contact me at least 24 hours before start time. Cancellations 24 hours or more before the class/workshop will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to an alternative class (subject to availability). Cancellations within 24 hours of the class/workshop will still be charged. To cancel a course/half term block please contact me 48 hours prior to the first class of the course/half term. Cancellations 48 hours or more before the first class in the course/half term will receive a full refund. For cancellations within 48 hours of the first class of your course, you are eligible for a refund minus the price of the first class (E.g. For a six week course priced at £60, you will receive a £50 refund).
