Service Description

Run, yoga, rest, repeat! Join me on Saturday 15th October, 3:30 - 5:30pm. If you're a regular running it's likley that sometimes your muscles feel tight ~ you know, those hamstrings, hips, feet and shoulders! You might experience occassional niggles, aches and pains. Gente and restorative yoga is a great way to relieve some of that muscular tension, to release tightness in connective tissue and to fully unwind and recover from the repetitive nature of running. This rejeuvenating two-hour workshop will invite you to feel a connection to your body and breath, unravel tension and tightness and leave you refreshed and ready to set out on your next run. This workshop includes: ~ Gentle yoga to help you unwind and relax ~ Fascia release ~ Calming breathing techniques ~ Restorative Yoga, using props and support to invite deep relaxation All props and equipment are provided.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an individually booked class/workshop please contact me at least 24 hours before start time. Cancellations 24 hours or more before the class/workshop will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to an alternative class (subject to availability). Cancellations within 24 hours of the class/workshop will still be charged. To cancel a course/half term block please contact me 48 hours prior to the first class of the course/half term. Cancellations 48 hours or more before the first class in the course/half term will receive a full refund. For cancellations within 48 hours of the first class of your course, you are eligible for a refund minus the price of the first class (E.g. For a six week course priced at £60, you will receive a £50 refund).
