Service Description

Saturday 24th September, 2:30 - 5:30pm. Join me, Kate, for this workshop helping you to feel informed and supported through your menopause journey. During menopause, and also in those few years post-menopause, you may find yourself feeling sluggish, lethargic or experiencing low mood. And as levels of oestrogen decline, so too can bone density (osteopenia & osteoperosis) and muscle mass. Menopause Yoga brings together guidance, techniques, reflection and support enabling you to navigate your way through this transformational stage with confidence and a positive mindset. This workshop afternoon includes: ~ Welcome & opportunity to meet like-minded women ~ Womens circle ~ Yoga ~ Breathwork ~ Time for reflection ~ Information and guidance ~ Refreshments ~ All props and equipment are provided This workshop is suitable and relevant for all stages of menopause, but may be particulary pertinent to those who are in menopause or post menopause.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an individually booked class/workshop please contact me at least 24 hours before start time. Cancellations 24 hours or more before the class/workshop will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to an alternative class (subject to availability). Cancellations within 24 hours of the class/workshop will still be charged. To cancel a course/half term block please contact me 48 hours prior to the first class of the course/half term. Cancellations 48 hours or more before the first class in the course/half term will receive a full refund. For cancellations within 48 hours of the first class of your course, you are eligible for a refund minus the price of the first class (E.g. For a six week course priced at £60, you will receive a £50 refund).
