Enjoy a combination of yoga postures, flowing sequences, breathwork, meditation and relaxation designed to leave you feeling steady, balanced and relaxed. If you're looking for a gentler paced class, but with options to challenge yourself should you wish to, then this is the class for you. Class sizes are small and friendly, with modifications and variations of postures included, so ideal whether you are new to yoga, returning to class after a break or injury, or have years of experience, but enjoy a mindful movement approach.

To cancel an individually booked class/workshop please contact me at least 24 hours before start time. Cancellations 24 hours or more before the class/workshop will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to an alternative class (subject to availability). Cancellations within 24 hours of the class/workshop will still be charged. To cancel a course/half term block please contact me 48 hours prior to the first class of the course/half term. Cancellations 48 hours or more before the first class in the course/half term will receive a full refund. For cancellations within 48 hours of the first class of your course, you are eligible for a refund minus the price of the first class (E.g. For a six week course priced at £60, you will receive a £50 refund).
