Relax & Release
This online yoga session invites you to cultivate a little calm in your day. From the comfort of your own home, I will guide you in gentle movements to release tension, help bring a calming awareness to your body and breath and encourage you to pause for some well earned constructive rest.
Make some time and space for yourself ~ dim the lights or light a few candles, gather some cushions and blankets and allow yourself the perfect opportunity to de-stress and unwind. During these challenging times this style of practice is ideal to help nurture your immune system and take care of yourselves during the winter months.
Delivered via Zoom, these wonderfully relaxing sessions are on Thursday 12th November and Thursday 10th December at 7:30pm. Each session will be slightly different, but offering the same calming benefits. You are welcome to book for either or even treat yourself to both!
