Thursdays at 12pm - Express yoga class via Facebook Live 
Course participants will receive an email prior to the commence date providing details of how to join the Sofa to Yoga Facebook group.

    To cancel, please contact me at least 24 hours before the class or course. Cancellations 24 hours or more before the class or course start time will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to an alternative class (subject to availability). Cancellations within 24 hours of the class or course start time will only be eligible to a refund if the place can be filled.
